How great would it be to create, build, and manifest your reality? I have a secret to tell you. I’ve done it...and it works! Here’s how. A VISION BOARD is a very effective visual manifestation tool. A collection of images, affirmations, and words that describe the goals you wish to materialize.
By stimulating thoughts & feelings of already having what you desire, you’re able to connect to those desires visually AND emotionally. The images you choose for your board should inspire you & create excitement. Fun Fact: Our subconscious brain is responsible for making most of our decisions. Interestingly, the subconscious takes in it’s environment mostly via the visual sense, or images!
1. Break your desires down into sections. (Some examples are in the photo.)
2. Set Your Intention. You have to know what you want to manifest! Have an EXACT date in mind in which you wish to have it. Journal some words & ideas in each category to help figure out what it is you really want.
3. Find your images and create your board. Search for images that express your vision/desires. I LOVE Pinterest. Make sure to use images that excite you! You MUST emotionally connect with your images. You MUST BELIEVE you can have it. This is the most important step in the manifesting process.
4. Look at your vision board every single day. 2x daily. Imagine and feel as if you already have it. Feel the gratitude, the abundance, and the happiness. This is actually one of the steps used in the best selling book “Think and Grow Rich”. Set a phone alarm reminder if you have to.
