Ways To Relieve Stress - Create Your Own YOUniverse

When I asked those of you I am connected with via social media, “What would you like me to post more about?”, many of you had the same answer. Stress reduction. I have CHOSEN (and I hope you will too) to focus my attention and awareness on my present state of being using what is commonly called “positive self talk” by quieting ego associated fears. An easy exercise would be to follow the AAA Formula. AAA is always there when you need it, right? 1. Acknowledge - What you have. 2. Appreciate - What you have. 3. Allow - Whatever needs to happen next. This will shift your thinking from a fearful/stressed state to a present state. Fear cannot live in the present. Also, you can’t experience what you're not the vibration of at first. So naturally, the first step to a high vibrational state, is being in the vibration you wish to have. YOU are the creator of your own YOUniverse. When we are in alignment with our spirit, we are in a high vibe state. Ask yourself “What would my spirits highest sate of being feel like?”. When negative feelings arise, acknowledge them. Then, when you’re ready, move forward. Do not linger there. Another way of leaving a stressful state is shifting your awareness to your 5 senses. This creates presence. Also, We can sustain a higher vibe by acting on our passion. Whichever gives you the most excitement, take it as far as you can and then look for the next excitement. Act on that with zero assumption of the outcome, knowing that it could still serve you regardless. Lastly, understand time is an illusion. The past is gone, and the future doesn’t exist yet.
